Library as the owner of the Media on Demand System (hereinafter known as
"MOD"), reserves all the rights and authorities to modify and
update these Terms at anytime, without prior notice, by updating this posting.
Any posted changes are effective immediately and your continued use of MOD contents and services constitutes your agreement that you have read all of these Terms and Condition acceptance, that you respect them in their entirety. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new and present features that augment or enhance the MOD shall be subject to this Terms and Conditions.

Membership ID and Password
are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your Member ID and Password, and for all activities that occur
under your Member ID and password. You must ensure that you
properly log out from the web site at the end of each session
to avoid any abuse of your Member ID and password.
IIUM Library cannot and will not be held liable for any damage arising from your failure to comply this paragraph.
User Rules of Conduct
using MOD, you agree to the following rules.
Any violation of the following rules is automatically considered a material breach of these Terms and forfeiture of any access to MOD:

|Providing false information on your registration form or impersonating any person|
|Distributing viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of MOD or another computer|
|Engaging in any other conduct that inhibits any other user from accessing MOD|
|Members should not assign or transfer access privileges to any other person or entity.Unless IIUM Library is notified on a breach in security, the Member will remain liable for both any unauthorized and authorized use of the MOD|

or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of
the document in the MOD.

provided hereunder this Agreement shall be free from any
failure or malfunction nor guarantee that access to the
Services will always be immediate or uninterrupted.
Entire Aggreement and Severability
This instrument constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and represents the complete and entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement. This instrument supersedes any other agreement or understanding between the parties, whether written or oral. In the event that any term or provision of this instrument is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, then the remaining provisions of this instrument and the agreement which it evidences, shall remain in full force and effect.
